Machine Servicing
Initial Installation
When you acquire a Flesher built stamping machine, your purchase also includes Flesher Corporation's support service. At the time of installation, a factory technician is available for installation and training (at additional cost).
Warranty
For one year after the installation of your machine, you are entitled to full warranty service. Flesher Corporation's service personnel will render, without charge, assistance over the telephone to answer your questions, and provide whatever help and advice we can so that you get the best possible level of productivity from your System 2, System 3 or Premere.
Service Policy
Flesher Corporation's service policy is to charge all service calls at a US$750 per diem rate (including travel time) plus expenses (air and ground transportation, hotel/motel charges, meals etc. at cost).
Field Maintenance
System 2, System 3 and Premere Stamping Machines are engineered and manufactured to be the most reliable hot foil stamping machines in the industry. Replacement parts that are not locally available are normally shipped out to your plant the same day the order is placed. Replacement components can easily be installed by non-technical personnel. Should you need help, Flesher Corporation's technical assistance is always available for telephone consulting or field service
