Automatic Book Front Cover Personalization
Premere Dyna has been specially designed to personalize complete, finished, bound books. The conveyor system easily handles books loaded onto an input conveyor and automatically places each book in the machine to position stamping on the front cover. It can handle a wide range of book sizes up to 3 inches thick. Small products such as planners and small bibles can also be accommodated. For simple and versatile use in book distribution centers, where personalization is the primary application . Designed for automatic loading, high-speed personalization of bound books in a production setting. This machine is capable of personalizing up to 6 books per minute.
The Premere Dyna is operated by Flesher’s newiStamp software, the new standard for automated hot foil personalization. iStamp software utilizes templates to make previous set-ups immediately available. Templates including product size and position, lettering style and location, lettering justification, embossing dwell and depth settings, a laser calibration system and much more are all part of iStamp. Array stamping on multiple small products is one of iStamp's many features. iStamp can import data from your PC or network files.
